Create KYC questionnaire and send to your customer
Choose from our library of KYC questionnaires, or create your own forms. You decide who is the recipient and how long they have to return the completed forms. You can even add your own logo and design to the questionnaire.
Customers collaborate to complete pre-filled questionnaire from public sources
Your customers will receive the questionnaire in an easy-to-use interface. The system will automatically collect data from public sources and fill in the questionnaire. The customer will only need to complete the remaining sections on his/her own, or collaborate with colleagues in their organization.
Review the data and set your own risk rating
We will automatically screen information about owners, Board members and key personnel, and check identities in sanction lists and Global PEP lists. All you need to do is to review the data and set your own risk rating. The platform has integrated video conferencing, allowing full remote onboarding.
Store everything in state of the art, GDPR compliant secure storage
All customer files are fully encrypted and securely stored on a uniquely designed blockchain platform. Each field of information is individually encrypted and no relationship between fields is retained to ensure Privacy by Design. The customer has full control over data, allowing sharing of the verified KYC files with third parties within a secure and version-controlled environment. The customer also retains the “right to be forgotten”.
With our analysis tools and reports you get a full overview of who added or accessed which data field at what time. You can see which customer files are up for renewal, as well as statistics against your internal compliance metrics. Additionally, data is easily exported for use with existing AML transaction filtering systems.
