We are now growing the team to support our expanding client portfolio and further develop our data sharing platforms. We are looking for an accomplished and motivated Senior Software Developer to join our talented team. As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions. This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality code. You will be responsible for guiding and mentoring junior developers, contributing to architectural decisions, and ensuring the successful delivery of software projects.

The role is on a full-time basis, based in Athens, Greece or Dubai, UAE.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the software development life cycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.
- Architect and implement scalable and efficient software solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues, collaborating with the team to find optimal solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers to understand user needs and contribute to feature planning.
- Contribute to and maintain documentation for codebase and development processes.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our software remains cutting-edge.
Prerequisites: Education & Skills
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
- Proven experience as a Senior Software Developer or similar role.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages
- In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with web development frameworks and technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
