Hiring Business Development Representative (BDR)

norbloc builds ecosystems for the sharing of validated data and provides mission-critical applications to financial institutions looking to digitize and improve the efficiency of client onboarding and data management processes. We are currently seeing strong international growth across Europe and the MENA region. Our expanding client portfolio includes government entities and global financial institutions.


We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR), who will play a key role in expanding our client base by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to generate new business opportunities, drive interest in norbloc’s solutions, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.


The role is on a full-time basis, based in Athens, Greece.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect & Qualify Leads: Identify and research potential customers, initiate contact via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Engage Decision-Makers: Communicate norbloc’s value proposition to key stakeholders in financial institutions, fintech firms, and regulatory bodies.
  • Manage CRM & Outreach Campaigns: Maintain accurate lead records in HubSpot (or CRM system), track engagement, and follow up on marketing-driven leads.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and optimize lead conversion.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in the KYC & RegTech space.

What we’re looking for

  • 0-2 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar sales role (preferably in B2B, fintech, or SaaS), with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills – Ability to engage and build rapport with senior executives.
  • Resilience & Persistence – Comfortable with outbound sales, handling objections, and maintaining a proactive approach.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is appreciated but not required. Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales technologies is highly valued.
  • Fluency in English – Additional languages are a plus.
  • Passion for fintech & compliance – Interest in the RegTech, KYC, and blockchain space is highly desirable.
