We are now growing our Development team to strengthen our platforms, which focuses on KYC functionality and integrations. To this direction, we are seeking a Senior Development Engineer (Backend & Integrations), reporting to the Development Lead.

Role description
As a Senior Full-stack Development Engineer (Backend & Integrations), you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing backend services and integrations with external systems. You will work closely with frontend developers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient solutions tailored to client and regulatory requirements. The role requires strong backend development expertise, deep knowledge of APIs and integrations, and the ability to adapt to diverse technical environments.
Duties and responsibilities
- Full-stack development basis the platform design and architecture.
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs for the platform.
- Implement and manage integrations with third-party services, registries, and external systems.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers and the Development Lead to deliver end-to-end functionality.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code following engineering best practices.
- Optimize performance, scalability, and security of backend services.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to peers.
- Document technical designs, API specifications, and integration workflows.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of production issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Strong proficiency with Node.js, react.js or Java/Spring.
- Solid experience with RESTful APIs and integration services.
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and SQL optimization.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerized environments.
- Knowledge of microservices architectures.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in Fintech, RegTech or enterprise SaaS and familiarity with blockchain-based platforms or distributed architectures will be considered as a plus.
